Mr. Anderson from the committee, on petition of Inhabitants of the County of York, reported a Resolve relating to the location of the Judicial Courts in the County of York, which was read & passed to be engrossed; sent down for concurrence : (concurred Feb. 2d.)

Bill giving further powers to Lewiston Bridge Corporation, came up with an amendment : Read and nonconcurred, and the Bill was indefinitely postponed : sent down for concurrence. (concurred Feb. 3d)

Bill for the benefit of the Gardiner Lyceum came up, and the House indefinitely postpone the same: The Senate noncur the House and commit the Bill to Messrs Wheeler, Usher and Whitney. -

Bill to establish a school District comprising parts of Corinna and Dexter, passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, and was read once and committed, and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 2d reading.-
