Order of the House that the committee on New Trials be requested to engine and report what provision ought to be made by law to authorize the turning of streams of water from their natural course, to accommodate Mills and Factories, came up for concurrence, and concurred.-

Mr. Anderson then moved for a reconsideration of the vote by which the Senate passed to be engrossed the Bill to limit the tenure of certain officers, but the Senate refuse to reconsider their vote, and the Bill was sent down for concurrence: (concurred Feb. 10th)
