Bill respecting marks on sheep came up, and the House adhere to their vote by which they passed the Bill to be engrossed : the Senate reconsider their vote by which they postponed the Bill indefinitely, and commit the same to Messrs Dennett, Witham and Small.-

Resolve authorizing Thomas Stevens Jun. administrator of the estate of William Pousland, to convey certain real estate, was read and passed to be engrossed ; sent down for concurrence: concurred Feb. 7.-
