[Report on Petition] Mr. Bond from the Committee on the petition of Joseph F. Wingate and others, reported that they have leave to bring in a Resolve: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence: came up concurred.

[Bill making further provisions for preservation of Fish in Union River] Bill making further provision for the preservation of Fish in Union River Bay and its waters, was read a second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House.

[Bill to prevent costs in Crim. Prosecutions] Bill to prevent the creation of unnecessary costs in criminal prosecutions, was read once and committed, and ordered that 200 copies be printed for the use of the Legislature; tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a second reading. Read a second time and passed to be engrossed; sent down for concurrence.
