Bill to incorporate the Trustees of the Bath Public Library, was read a 1st & 2nd time and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Bill to change the name of North Hill, came from the Senate amended at A for concurrence and the House concurred & passed the Bill to be engrossed as amended. -

Resolve on the memorial of Jonathan Elliot & the communication of H. C. Carey & J. Lee, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate

Resolve in favor of Herbert Savage, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate
