We want the [disccription]  Roll of those men that I enlisted at Old Town.  I gave it to you + I understood that you did not finish the copy of that or your own - My roll was laid upon a shelf at the room where the clothing was distributed at the arsenal - Shepley + Mayville have desented - also John Spaulding whose father living in main street Bangor - Strickland has left no Roll - please tell L Morse or Gel Hodson if you see them

L.H. Eaton Dear Sir

We want the descriptive roll of those men that I enlisted at Old Town. I gave it to you & I understood that you did not finish the copy of that or your own. My roll was laid upon a shelf at the room where the clothing was distributed at the Arsenal.

Shepley & Mayville have deserted - also John F. Spaulding whose father lives in main street Bangor - Strickland has left no Roll - please tell L Morse or Gen'l Hodsdon if you see them.
