Bill revoking the charter of the Kennebec bank was laid upon the table by the conferees on the part of the House on this Bill together with their report - and the House adopted said report and passed the Bill to be engrossed as amended in accordance with the report of said conferees. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill to save costs in the collection of debts, was read 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at 10 oclock was assigned for a 3rd reading & 200 copies ordered to be printed for the use of the members.

Reports on the petitions of William F Gilmorre & others - of Jacob Bigelow in behalf of the Mass's medical Society - of sundry inhabitants of China, Sidney, Palermo & Vassalboro referring the same to the next Legislature, was read & accepted concurrence with the Senate.
