On motion of Mr. McDonald, the Senate went into a Committee of the whole, Mr. Morrill in the chair, on the passage of the bill providing for the laying out and repairing highways to be engrossed, and after some discussion upon the merits of the Bill, the committee rose and reported that the same out to pass. -
