Petition of Arthur McLellan & als referred in this House to the committee on the Judiciary, came from the Senate nonconcurred & referred to Messrs Megguier & Kavanagh with such as the House may join for concurrence - and the House concurred and Messrs Swan of Portland, White of Standish & Parsons of New Gloucester were joined.

Report on the petition of John McLean & al granting leave for a Bill, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence & the House concurred.
