156 Senate nonconcurred and the House receded from their vote of the 2nd inst. & referred the petition to the next Legislature. Sent up for concurrence.

Reports on the subject of fixing a minimum price to the lands appropriated for the erection of Public Buildings- - respecting the law to secure to owners their property in logs ect- that legislation on those subjects is inexpedient, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

The House reconsidered their vote of yesterday postponing indefinitely the Bill to incorporate the proprietors of the Brunswick Fortune Hotel read the Bill a third time & passed the same to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed. Resolve in said of Gardiner Lyceum, which was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
