On motion of Mr. Bond, Ordered that Messrs. McDonald and Bond be a committee with such as the House may join to hear the answer of James M. Rogers of Bowdoinham in the County of Lincoln, to the causes assigned for his removal from every civil and Military office he holds under this State, with power to send for all persons and papers which may be necessary; sent down for concurrence: came up concurred, and Messrs. Abbot, Dunlap and Fuller were joined. -
