No 8 & 9 Hancock County " of Inh. of No 16 Washington County - granting leave for Bills, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.
Report on petition of H & H. Mantor of New Vineyard granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.
Message from the Governor.
A special message dated Jany 15 1825 transmitting a Resolution of the Legislature of Georgia [see appendix page 224] was read and sent up.
A communication was received from James Irish Esquire Land Agent transmitting, a detailed report of the proceedings in relation to the lands the year past, which, referred in Senate to the Committee on State lands, came down for concurrence and the House concurred.
The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed, Resolve, for the admission of Nathl McLowney, to practise Law in C. C. Pleas, which finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
Petition of Jonas Clark, Judge of Probate, York County, for an increase of his salary, was read & referred to the joint committee appointed on that subject to day. Sent up for concurrence.
