10 rejected the votes of the town of Whitefield in the County of Lincoln and Brooksville in the County of Hancock because the copies of the list of votes were not attested by the Selectmen

cause the list of votes stating the number of votes given has been mutilated and partially obliterated - of the town of Orono in the County of Penobscot because the meeting is certified to have been holden in 1807 - of the town of Thorndike in the County of waldo because the copy of the list of votes is not attested by the town Clerk

- and the town of Monroe in the County of Waldo

and of Mariaville plantation in the County of Hancock because the copies of the list of votes do not designate the town or plantation in which the votes were given - There are no returns of votes for Governor from Thompson pond plantation in the County of Cumber land - Plantation No9 in the County of Washington Plantation No7 + Plantation No 8 in the County of Oxford. Dutton, Hermon, Howland+ Sunkhaze Plantation in the County of Penobscot - Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence - Concurred
