A special Message was received from the Governor dated January 20th 1825 (see appendix page 225) on the subject of supplies furnished the Penobscot Indians - and the same referred in Senate to Messrs Kelsy & Parsons of York with such as the Hours may join came down for concurrence - and the House concurred & Messrs Leonard of Brewer Carpenter of Sebec & Wass of Addison were joined.
