Petition of Amasa Taylor for a law defining & establishing dividing line between Albion & China also Remonstrances - of Plan. No 27 agst establishing Belfast as a half shire - " - of Plan. No 26 - on same subject - " - of Selectmen of Sullivan on same subject - were read and referred to the committee on the incorporation of towns. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of a Committee of Cornville for a grant of land to aid in building a meetinghouse, was read & referred to the Committee on the incorporation of Parishes. Sent up for concurrence

Petition of Nathl Allen & als of Gouldsboro' on the subject of the fisheries in said town was read & referred to the committee on Interior Fisheries Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Saml M Pond as Agent to Eastern River Lock & Sluice Company for a toll - - of Ezekiel Day & als that the owners of Back Cove Bridge may be compelled to keep draw &c were read & referred to the committee on Turnpikes, bridges & Canals. Sent up for concurrence.
