Orders of the House of Representatives that Messrs Trilby Crane and Moody with such as the Senate may join be a committee to inquire into the expediency of authorizing towns in the State, at their annual meetings to pass votes to tax owners of dogs came up for concurrence & the Senate nonconcurred
