Mr. Stebbins from the Conferees on the part of the Senate upon the disagreement of the two Houses respecting the Bill concerning Bible Societies, Tract Societies, and Societies reported the particulars of the proceedings had by the Conferees of the two Houses and recommend that the Senate recede from their vote and concur with the House in indefinitely postponing this Bill. Read and accepted.
