Dunlap Esq. of Brunswick, having been elected to supply the vacancy at the Senate Board from Cumberland, and having been duly notified thereof by the Secretary of State, came in and was conducted by Mr. Anderson to the Governor and Council, where he was duly qualified and afterwards took his seat at the Board.
