Mr Dunlap from the Committee to whom was referred that part of the Governor's message relating to the State Prison reported "Bill additional providing for the Government of State Prison, which was read once and tomorrow, at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading

Mr Williams form the Committee, on an order of February 3rd instructing them to inquire what measures ought to be adopted additional to the Resolve apportioning the Representatives on the several Counties, Towns, Plantations and Classes, reported a "Resolve additional thereto, which was read and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.
