Bill additional to an "Act to incorporate the Saco Iron Works Company, and Bill additional to "an Act authorizing the town of Bangor to purchase the Bridge over Kenduskeag River in said town and the same were severally passed to be enacted and also Resolve against the amendment to the Constitution proposed by Tennessee and Resolve authorizing the sale of timber on certain undivided public land and the same were finally passed.

Mr. Prime from the Committee reported in a new draft "Bill authorizing a Canal in Cape Elizabeth which was read and passed to be engrossed as taken into this new draft. Sent down for concurrence, Came up concurred.
