Bill to incorporate the Livermore Bank came back from the House amended and the Senate reconsider their former vote adopt the amendments proposed & pass the same to be engrossed as amended in concurrence,
Resolve authorizing the appointment of Commissioners of the internal improvements, referred in the House to the next Legislature came up for concurrence and the Senate concurred,
