Bill to incorporate the Livermore Bank came back from the House amended and the Senate reconsider their former vote adopt the amendments proposed & pass the same to be engrossed as amended in concurrence,

Resolve authorizing the appointment of Commissioners of the internal improvements, referred in the House to the next Legislature came up for concurrence and the Senate concurred,

Mr. Kimball from the Committee on Engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied viz Bill additional to An Act respecting Engine-men, Fire-Emgines and the extinguishment of fires. and Bill enabling the owners of Meeting Houses to manage the same, and these Bills were severally passed to be enacted and also Resolve additional providing for the distribution of the Laws, Resolves and Judicial Reports of this State, Resolve authorizing the Land Agent to aid the town of Ellsworth, in making a Road through the States Land in that town and Resolve authorizing a loan of money, and the same were finally passed

On motion by Mr. Holland the Senate reconsidered their vote postponing to the next Senate the choice of a Major General of the Fourth Division and assigned three oclock this afternoon to ballot, on their part for the choice of that officer,
