Mr. Kimball from the Committee reported "Bill additional to "An Act to establish a Registry of Deeds for the Western District of Lincoln County" and the same was read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

Resolve relating to State printing came up and the Senate propose a Conference and appoint, on their part Messrs Scamman, Kimball and Parsons conferees

Resolve making further provision respecting the State road from Sunkhaze to Mattawamkeag River came up was read a first time tomorrow 10 oclock assigned for a second reading and in the mean time was committed to Messrs Kimball, Dunn and Southwick,

Bill granting Lottery for the benefit of primary schools came back from the House and the Senate propose a conference and, on their part, appointed Messrs Green, Dunn an Kimball,

On motion by Mr. Scamman Ordered, that a massage be sent to the Governor requesting him to send back to this Board the Roll of Accounts No 7. for 1826 and the Resolve accompanying the same Mr. Scamman was charged with the message.
