Mr. Scamman from the conferees on the disagreement of the two Houses respecting the "Resolve relating to the State printing," reported that they had conferred with the Committee on the part of the House, had been unable to succeed in any agreement and recommend that the Senate adhere to their vote passing the Resolve to be engrossed as taken into a new draft. Read & accepted and the Senate voted to adhere accordingly.
