Afternoon. Met according to adjournment.
Ordered, that a message be sent to the Senate informing them, that the House have provided on their part for the appointment of a Joint standing Committee to be called a Committee on the Judiciary, to whom shall be referred all subjects relative to the Judiciary, and all motions, applications or petitions for alteration, amendment or repeal of any of the Public Statutes of the State, and requesting the concurrence of the Senate – read and passed.
Ordered that the standing Committees of the House provided for by Chap. Sec. 1. of the Rules and orders be appointed by nomination from the chair – read & passed.
Ordered that this House stand adjourned until ten o clock tomorrow morning
