And the House concurred.
On motion of Mr. Boutelle, Ordered, that so much of the Governor's Speech as relates to the Tariff, be committed to a special joint special committee to consist of four members on the part of the House - so much as relates to the North Eastern Boundary to a joint special Committee to consist of five members on the part of the House - so much as relates to Military Fortifications to the joint standing Committee on Militia & Military Affairs - so much as relates to Agricultural products & encouraging the same by Premiums, to a joint special committee - so much as relates to Education to the joint standing committee on Literacy & Literary Institutions.
