The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Bill an additional act for the regulation of Inholders, retailers & common victuallers - - to incorporate Alfred Academy - - additional to an act for the support & regulation of Mills- - to incorporate the Waterville Mutual Fire Insurance Company- - additional to the several acts for the preservation of Fish in Penobscot River & Bay & the several streams employing into the swamp which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

 The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Resolve in favor of Bowdoin College -

- to prevent depredations on the Public Lands- which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of James Irish, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve in favor of the Warden of the State Prison, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve making advance out of the State Treasury for printing was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve appointing Commissioners to settle with certain
