The Committee to which was referred the petition of Charles C Cone & 174 others, Samuel Harris & others, praying that this Legislature may instruct other senators & request other representatives in Congress to use all proper means to effect the entire abolition of Slavery in the District of Columbia
have had the same under consideration, and ask leave to Report the Resolves which are herewith submitted.
