[Petitions referred] The following Petitions committed in the House to the Committee on New Trials, came up for concurrence, viz: Petition of George Watson to have twenty five Dollars refunded to him from the Treasury of the State; Petition of Minot that sixty dollars assessed on them by mistake, be refunded to them; and Petition of Archelaus Lewis and John Gordon for a New Trial, and they were severally read and referred to the same Committee in concurrence with the House.
