Petition of Isaac Ilsley that the jurisdiction of Mantricus Rock and Pemaquid Point be ceded to the United States for the purpose of erecting Light Houses thereon, was read & referred to the Committee of this House consisting of Messrs Swan of Portland, Ames of Bath & Curtis of Harpswell.
