Petition of Thomas Bartlett & others that Inholders & Retailers may be restrained by law from from selling Ardent Spirits & Indians - of the Penobscot Tribe of Indians on the same subject and requesting the Legislature to aid them in expelling the arts of intemperance from their Tribe-
