210 The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Resolve - respecting the unappropriated moneys in the hands of the Agents for making & completing the Mattanawcook Road was read & finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
The same committee reported as duly engrossed Bill an additional act to promote the sale & settlement of Public Lands- - requiring notice to be given in cases of contested Elections- - to ascertain the amount & description of Estates & certain description of persons within this State which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.
Bill an additional Act respecting the Militia & Circuit Courts Martial, read & referred to Messrs Smith of Nobleboro, Clark of Hallowell & Bourne of Kennebunk.
Ordered That when this House adjourns it adjourn until three oclock this afternoon - read & passed.
