Senate Feby 9th - 1824.-

Mr. Witham from the committee on engrossed Bills reported a

[Bill enacted] Bill additional to the act authorizing a Lottery for the benefit of the Cumberland and Oxford Canal, and Bill to annex a part of Swanville to Waldo Plantation to be truly copied and they were passed to be enacted.- also

[Resolves passed] Resolve relating to the location of the Judicial Courts in the County of York, Resolve on the petition of John Glidden Jun. and Resolve on the petition of Sarah Pike and Israel Pike, administrators of the estate of John Pike ; and they were severally passed.-

[Bill] Bill altering the time of holding the Court of Sessions in the County of York, was read a 2d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House.-
