On motion of Mr. Dunn, Ordered that the petition of Job Sylvester 3d. be taken from the files and laid on the table: Referred to the Committee on Incorporation of Towns; Sent down for concurrence and came up concurred.

Bill to incorporate the South Berwick Manufacturing Company, was read twice and passed to be engrossed: Sent down for concurrence.

Bill to incorporate the town of Baring; Bill to incorporate the town of Charlotte; & Bill to incorporate the town of Alexander, having been passed to be engrossed and sent down for concurrence, severally came up concurred.

Mr. Green from the Committee on Petition of Cornelius Thomas, Reported that the petitioners cause an attested copy of their petition with this order thereon, to be served on the town Clerks of the towns of Bowdoin and Lisbon respectively, thirty days, at least, before the first wednesday of the first session of the next Legislature: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

Mr. Southwick from the Committee on the petition of James B. Fisk and others, Reported that they have leave to bring in a Bill: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence.
