Orders of notice to the President, Directors & Company of the Vassalborough, Kennebec & Passamaquoddy Banks, requiring said corporations respectively to appear before the Legislature to show cause why their Charters should not be vacated having been directed to be served upon said Corporations,
  
Orders of notice to the President, Directions & Company of the Vassalborough, Kennebec & Passamaquoddy Banks, requiring said corporations respectively to appear before the Legislature to show cause why their Charters should not be vacated having been directed to be served upon said corporations.

  Ordered, that the Committee on Banks & Banking be a committee for the purpose of hearing said Corporations respectively in relation to such facts regarding the situation & transactions of said Corporations respectively and particularly those set forth in the reports of the Commissioners appointed under a Resolve of March 1826, and to consider what further measures are advisable for the Legislature to adopt in regard to said Banks respectively & to report by bill or otherwise as soon as maybe after said Corporations may have severally been heard. Read & passed in concurrence with the Senate.
