On motion by Mr Grover, Ordered, that a message be sent to the House of Representatives informing that body that there is a deficiency of one Senator in the District of Hancock and a deficiency of one Senator in the District of Washington and that Joshua Hall and Joseph Shaw in Hancock District, John Balkam and Ichabod Bucknam in Washington District are the constitutional candidates and proposing a convention at 11 oclock this forenoon for the purpose of supplying said deficiencies - concurred
