On motion of Mr Sumner of Lubec, Ordered that the committee on the Judiciary be directed to inquire into the expediency of so altering the law on Highways, that persons neglecting to work out their Highway tax for sixty days after notice, may be compelled to pay the same in money. read & passed. Sent up for concurrence.
