Ordered that Messrs Russell of Temple, Leach of Raymond and Hubbard of Shapleigh with such as the Senate may join be a committee to inquire into the expediency of so altering the existing law requiring thee superintending School Committees in each town and plantation to visit the Schools of each District at the commencement and close thereof as not to require them to visit said Schools unless directed by the towns or plantations to which they belong at their annual meetings for the choice of towns or plantation officers with leave &c - read & passed.
