[Bills passed to be engrossed] to the several Acts for the preservation of fish in Penobscot River and bay and the several streams emptying into the same read a 2nd time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Bill additional to an Act for the support and regulation of mills, was read a 2nd and passed to be engrossed as amended S.d.f.c.

Bill additional regulating divorced was passed to be engrossed as by the House taken into a new draft in concurrence.

[Bills & Resolves passed to be enacted] The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied viz.

Bill providing for the appointment of surveyors of logs at the side booms in Topsham and Brunswick in Androscoggin River, and for reducing the tolls on logs that may be rafted out and secured near said booms above the falls.

"Additional establishing the times of holding the Supreme Judicial Court within this State,

"Additional to establish a Court of Common Pleas

"to incorporate the town of Oxford

"to incorporate the Winthrop Agricultural Society

"to authorize the town of Bangor to regulate the harbour in that town.

"to incorporate the South Parish in the town of Bridgton

"incorporating the Master Wardens and Members of Fraternal Lodge.

Bill for the preservation of highways and the same were passed to be enacted

and also 

Resolve authorizing the Penobscot tribe of Indians to sell Smith's Island and Resolve relating to Fortifications on the Penobscot River and bay & the same were finally passed.

And these Bills and Resolves were presented to the Governor for his approbation and signature
