To the Senate & House of Representatives Having received the report of the Commissioners on the part of this State, appointed under the Resolve of the twentieth of January one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven, providing for the survey & establishment of the line between Maine & New Hampshire, the same is transmitted for the consideration of the Legislature. The foregoing Message & accompanying Documents came from the Senate referred to Messrs Sweat & Kavanagh, and Messrs Clark of Limington, Hyde of Bath & Smith of Newfield were joined on the part of the House.

Bill - additional to an Act to establish the Cumberland & Oxford Canal Corporation, reported by a committee of this House, was read a 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Bill - additional to an Act enabling the owners of Meeting Houses to manage the same -

- repealing an Act entitled An Act to incorporate the Trustees of a Fund for the support of the ministry and schools in the town of Orland -
- additional act to provide for the Education of Youth - 

which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

The same committee reported as duly engrossed Resolve - in favor of Thompson pond Plantation - which was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
