Reports on the petitions of John Hopkins - of Benjamin Morrill Junr & al - of Elias Berry & als - granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Report on the petition of David Oakes & als, referring the same to the next Legislature, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Report on the petition of Thomas Cunningham & al, ordering notice, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Petition of Bangs Doane & al in relation to the ministerial funds in Orland, came from the Senate referred to the committee on Parishes &c for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Petition of Sylvanus Waterman & al for a committee to view the towns of Bowdoin & Litchfield & report upon the expediency of forming a new town, came from the Senate referred to the committee on the incorporation of towns &c. for concurrence - and the House concurred.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence instructing the committee on Internal improvements to inquire into the expediency of laying out and opening a road from the South line of township No three in the third range of townships West of Binghams Kennebec purchase, across the States land to Canada line with leave to report by Resolve or otherwise - and the House concurred.
