Mr. Hutchings moved to amend the Roll of accounts by striking out the sum of Twelve dollars allowed to James L. Child for making three copies of the proceedings of the Convention of 3d February last, and the question on this motion being ordered to be taken by Yeas and Nays was decided in the affirmative as follows; vis" [Yeas] Yeas Messrs. Davee, Dunlap, Hall, Hutchinson, Hutchings, Megquier and Steele -7 [Nays] Nays Messrs.
