Report on the petition of Richard H Bartlett & others of Selectmen of Eden & Mt Desert granting leave to withdraw came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.
Mr Lord of Kennebunkport has leave of absence after today & Mr Holt of Norway after tomorrow during the remainder of the session.
Report on the petition of the Inhabitants of the town of Hollis, ordering notice, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.
Bill - to incorporate Dearborn Academy, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
