Resolve in favor of Seth Spring, was read a second time & referred to the next Legislature in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve respecting the appointment of a Land Agent, came from the Senate passed to be engrossed for concurrence - The House amended the same so as to make it a Bill entitled An act additional to an act to promote the sale & settlement of the Public Lands, read the same 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a 3d reading.
