Petition of Elisha Pettingill for a Bridge Corporation at Livermore Falls was read and referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals sent up for concurrence.

The House resumed the consideration of a Resolve authorizing a Special Term of the Supreme Judicial Court in the County of Somerset which was read and referred to Messrs Boutelle of Waterville, Williams of Augusta and Smith of Westbrook and the further consideration thereof postponed to Wednesday next at eleven oclock.
