[Report concerning Printing] Report of the Committee appointed to contract with some person to do the printing for the State was recommitted in concurrence.
[Resolve in favor of Joel Miller] Mr. Phelps from the Committee on the State Prison reported Resolve for the benefit of Joel Miller. Read once and 12 o'clock this day appointed for a second reading.
[Order respecting sole Leather] Order of the House of Representatives that the Committee on Manufactures be instructed to inquire into the expediency of providing by Law for the inspection of sole Leather manufactured in this State with leave to report by Bill or otherwise was read and passed in concurrence.
[Petitions referred] Petition of Edward Williams that money expended by him on the public lot at Augusta may be repaid him and " of Joshua Hubbard for relief on account of the location of a County Road in York County were severally referred to the Committee on Claims. Sent down for concurrence.
