Timothy Boutette two, Benjamin White one - and John Ruggles of Thomaston was declared elected.

Scammon of Pittston, Konwlton of Montville and Hobbs of Waterboro be a committee to wait on the several ordained Ministers in the town of Portland & request them to attend the House on each morning of its present session to perform the duties of Chaplain in rotation according to seniority & that it shall be the duty of the Doorkeeper to inform them on what days they will respectively be expected to attend - read & passed.
