A communication was received from Charles Hutchings, Jun signifying his acceptance of the office of Counsellor was received read and sent down. [Chas. Hutchings Jr acceptance of counsellor]

On motion by Mr. Hathaway Ordered that all Bills shall be presented to the Governor for his approbation & signature by the Secretary of the Senate after the same shall have been passed to be enacted, and all Resolves after the same shall have finally passed and severally received signatures of the presiding officers of both branches of the Legislature and a record thereof shall be made upon the Journal.
