Remonstrance of James Osborn and others against the Petition of Eliphalet Perkins for liberty to erect a Bridge over Kennebunk River was read and referred to the Committee who have under consideration the Petition to which it relates - sent up for concurrence.

Petition of John Dickinson - Judge of Probate for Washington County for increase of his salary - was read and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary - sent up for concurrence.
