Order of the House of Representatives that the committee who have under consideration the subject relating to Sheriffs be instructed to report a bill providing a reduction of fifteen per cent on collection fees. to prohibit the Sheriffs from taking from their Deputies any sum exceeding ten per cent on all collection fees - to fix the daily allowance of the Sheriffs while attending Courts at Three Dollars per day
