Resolve in favor of Waterville Light Infantry- additional for opening clearing and repairing a road from the South line of Township Numbouet [?] two in the Old Indian Purchase on the East side of Penobscot River to Matanawcook Stream which were severally finally passed - sent up for concurrence.
Bill regulating the taking of Fish in Sheepscot River was taken up and read and the further consideration thereof thereof postponed until tomorrow at eleven o'clock
Bill additional concerning the assessment and collection of taxes was taken up and 200 copies thereof ordered to be printed for the use of the Legislature.
